What problem do we solve?
Submitting declarations to the Armenian tax authorities via an online account has always required manual labor.
This means that accounting costs include not only the cost of a qualified accountant, but also the cost of time spent manually transferring data between Excel tables. Sometimes, the cost of errors due to manual input is added to this.
We have solved all these problems:
-
The program doesn't have any difficulty filling out any number of documents
-
there is no chance of typo
-
the program doesn't forget anything
-
a live accountant can deal with more important and creative issues
Why is it so cheap?
We have reduced the cost of processing one document several times, and now we share the money saved with you by reducing the price of our services.
Today, one of our accountants can serve more clients in less time, thanks to maximum automation.
So we can afford to lower the price for you, and you get better quality for less money.
How the bot works
just 3 steps
1. Registration
You provide information about your legal entity* and employees through a personal account in the Telegram bot.
We sign a power of attorney with you to send reports to the tax office and from that moment on we are responsible for accounting support.
*we'll help you open a legal entity if you don’t have one
2. Invoices
Once a month we will remind you to report incoming payments. We only need to know the date and amount to calculate the tax.
The system will automatically sign and send documents to the tax office.
3. Payment of taxes
The system will notify you in advance about the need for payment and provide all the information.
All you have to do is pay your taxes in any convenient way: through your bank (online or offline), through terminals or the official website of the tax office.
